Shimano Torium 20A HG Left Hand Overhead Reel is a
solidly built star-drag saltwater reel perfect for live bait or
bottom-fishing applications. Packed with features like Super
Stopper, Cross Carbon Drag, A-RB (Anti-Rust Bearings) and High
Efficiency Gearing (HEG), the Torium has it where it counts.

Super Stopper
Super Stopper anti-reverse uses a one-way stainless steel roller
bearing that eliminates back-play. This provides the angler with
instant hook setting power

A-RB (Anti-Rust Bearings)
These stainless steel ball bearings are specially treated to
drastically increase the corrosion resistance of the bearing. These
bearings will last at least 10 times longer than standard stainless
steel ball bearings in high salinity environments.

High Efficiency Gearing (HEG)
HEG consists of not only the gears, but also the frame, set plate,
and handle-side side plate. Shimano increased the size of the drive
gear and the pinion gear to offer increased leverage and power. By
using a one-piece frame that incorporates the set plate and adding
a one-piece stamped side plate, you don’t need to worry about your
gears binding under pressure.

S-Compact body
Power, rigidity, durability. A key element the the new Torium
reels, the S-Concept body results in a reel that feels one size
smaller in your hand! The B-sideplate (A-side has the handle, drag
adjustment and cast control knob) is all one-piece, contributing to
both rigidity and in-the-hand palming comfort.
